About the project
Valkart is a bidding app for a user to purchase their monthly groceries at the cheapest offer. The user places their order, the partner vendor receives it and places a bid for it. the lowest bid is awarded the order.

Client: NotinQ
Roles and responsibility: UI/UX designer to bring the vision to life. Be the main contributor for UI and graphics, create low as well as high fidelity mock-ups and prototypes. Help the UX team conduct research and use the insights to come up with an ideal design.
Challanges: Due to Valkart being the first of its kind, there was no blueprint to go off of. It was up-to me as a UX practitioners to figure out what the customers wanted, what their pinpoints were and which feature to emphasize.
Highlights: Interviews, User personas, Design sprints, Insights, Wire-frames, A/B testing, High fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.
Successes: Developing an easy to use and understand interface, with minimum touch points that quickly introduces the concept and lets the customer explore in a linear way so as to not confuse.
